Reisman, a real American
Hero. I think he is the last living officer. He was
commissioned on the USS Missouri and was sent to pick
up the Japanese Priminister and the delegation to sign
the formal surrender ending WWII. The Card was only
given to these Officers and it is signed by General
McArthur, Admiral Halsey and Admiral Nimitz. What an
honor!
